I had the best experience ever! I was a bit nervous because I hadn't been to a hair salon in a long time and it was also my first time getting bleach and colour, but my stylist Natsumi made sure to carefully explain each step and gave some advice on how to take care of my hair since I was worried about damage. And she did an incredible job, I'm so happy with my hair. Free refreshments are also offered which was unexpected but highly appreciated! Very cool people overall, I can tell everyone is passionate about what they do. I will definitely be coming back :)

I mean it when I say I just got the best haircut of my life!!! Aiuna is a miracle worker! My hair is wavy, dense, and fine, and it can be really tricky to work with. Aiuna listened to all my requests and delivered them perfectly!! She took so much care to make sure the cut was perfect; I really appreciated her attention to detail! So so happy with the result, and I can’t wait to come back <3

Absolutely great experience! I came in a bit nervous with my short haircut idea and Jin made the whole experience a great time. He made me feel so comfortable and I ended up loving short hair again. I hope to still be able to continue having haircuts with him.

My daughter wanted to try Assort because she had heard they are good, and we chose Natsumi after careful consideration of the stylists available. My daughter has very specific ideas about how the cut should be, and she was very pleased with Natsumi's work. Three months on, and it's growing out beautifully. On her recommendation, I booked an appointment with Natsumi, who remembered us. Very gentle, kind and thoughtful, Natsumi is a consummate professional. Was incredibly happy with my haircut, thank you Natsumi-san!
