Customer Reviews
disgusting work, a waste of 3 hours, horrible customer service and most importantly my money was wasted. I took a trip to this spot as a first experience i got my pedicure done first i’m not sure of the lady’s name but she was too rough rushing my service and split my big toe with the file, she did horrible drilling my acrylic big toes they are super thick and disappointing. Also as you can see in the picture there is a ton of dead skin left on my feet. Then it came to service my nails she really rushed she gave me one coat of pink under polish on my nails as i asked for two she even gave me two coats on my toes when i asked but rushed me out her seat on my nails, the french tip is sloppy there so uneven. The worst part is that my nails were very thin and my thumb which you would think wou
Went there on 12/5/25 and a tech who was expecting a baby worked on me while on her cell. She ended up cutting my left big toe blood everywhere she cut me deep and the male owner was sitting in chair beside me and didn't seem to have a problem with it. Still having pain 3 days later like if you want an injury to your feet this is place to be. Bunch of non professionals trying to get $$, w no real experience. DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$ OR TIME place is a joke.
Firstly the girl (number 3) took 2 hours to do a fill and 1 repair! Secondly the quality of work was subpar. Nails super thick and chunky even after filing down. Then the girl can’t do designs! Horrible work. I had to get someone else to fix but honestly it wasn’t worth it. I was given a bunch of rhinestones that were evenly placed and are falling off! This was birthday set and I really hate my nails. A waste of time and money. I won’t ever go back here. Only went because I broke a nail prior to my flight and I soooo regret going here.
A convenient place to do nails. Ladies and men are efficient but service sometimes feels cookie cut and rushed. They have a lot of desks and areas to get service though for nails, pedicures, eyelashes etc.
I started going here about 4 or 5 years ago when I moved on Patapsco 2 blocks away. Linda did my overlay and killed it! My sister got Carly and she killed it too! We started going every 2 weeks. One day, I got Kevin for my pedicure and I almost fell in love. LOL. He is THE BEST on the pedi hands down! I’m not sure how i winded up with Carly one day but I did and I’m glad because Carly is THE BEST on the overlay, full set, whatever! I hated that I had to get Linda-although still good- but she couldn’t deliver on the shape I wanted and Carly gets me right every single time! When she left for a while I didn’t come until I knew she was back.
