Just had my first bodywork session with Tricia and it was AMAZING!! It was exactly what I was looking for. I was in the market for someone who is familiar with structural bodywork and really knows their stuff. I didn't want a general deep tissue massage, I wanted a therapeutic session specific to my physical therapy needs. It takes a lot of experience and intuition to reach this level of expertise. I didn't even have to give Tricia much information, I just told her roughly where I have issues/tightness and she went to work and found all of the places that needed working out -and then some! Incredible and detailed work that was much appreciated and gave me much relief. Pricing is very fair too. Can't wait for my next session! There are not enough stars for Tricia! She is hands down the best, and most caring, massage therapist I have ever seen. When I first met with Tricia, she took the time to get to know me, and my body, so she could best help me. I explained to her where I had pains but I didn't know a whole lot about muscles. Tricia was so thorough and took the time to explain what she was doing and answer questions along the way. I have learned so much about my body and how to take proper care of it since working with her - and the best part is I have never felt better! I enjoy my massages so much that I even made sure to book my mom a session when she was visiting LA and she absolutely loved it. Tricia is an extraordinary therapist whose work transcends the expected. calling her a massage therapist hardly does justice to what she offers. she is honestly like a musician with the body--attuned, responsive, and profoundly intuitive in her practice. She has a presence and lets the body guide her hands. rather than following a predetermined routine, she truly listens with touch. she lets the muscles, fascia, and breath guide her work. I leave feeling a renewed sense of balance, groundedness, and care. her integrity, empathy and mastery of her craft are evident. you will find no better than her!

I am so grateful that I found Tricia! I was in a lot of pain in my low back, hips and whole body when I started working with Tricia and Tricia helped me immensely! She takes the time to really understand what your issues are and what you need and meets you were you are. She is very, very knowledgeable about the body and works to get to the root of your issues. She is hands down one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to a lot!). She also makes sure to keep notes about your progress and checks in after your session to see how you are doing. Her space is quite beautiful & very clean. I've continued to see Tricia at Spa Heal for now over 7 years! She truly is outstanding in her craft and i highly recommend her to anyone that wants a great massage. One of the things I've learned living in the LA area is that not all massage therapists are the same. Many times others will make you feel like a number and rushed. Tricia not only is very well trained in MT, but she takes her time with you, understands from a clinical perspective which muscles need attention and make you feel like your her only client. The other great aspect of Tricia is that she remembers how you like to be massaged so you don't have to repeat yourself each time.
