Athena Day Spa

This place used to be my favorite place to go to, however I don't think I'll be returning. The older lady doing nails put on my nail crooked and I had to tell her three times before she fixed it. I wanted a design and I said so when I made my appointment, the lady told me multiple times that she doesn't do designs. My nails were big and bulky which is not what I wanted. She didn't fill them all the way to the back and they just don't fall pretty when I close my hand. The work I paid for was sloppy and that's sad considering she took 2 hours to do my nails. I paid $75, and after 4 days of having these nails embarass me, I'm going somewhere else to have them fix my nails.

I had such a wonderful experience at Athena Day Spa! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. They offered refreshments, which was such a nice touch, and made the entire experience feel so relaxing. What really stood out to me was how amazing they were with my toddler daughter. She was so excited to get a pedicure, and they went above and beyond to make her feel special. They were patient, gentle, and made the whole experience fun for her. She left with the biggest smile, and now she keeps talking about her “pretty toes.” The quality of the pedicure itself was fantastic—my feet feel so soft, and the polish was applied perfectly. The salon was also very clean and had such a calming atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyon

Love this nail spa. Jimmy is excellent with acrylic nails. I've never had a chip or a break and I can easily go 3 weeks between service if I need to. My husband even enjoys a signature pedicure here every so often. The spa is clean and friendly. I love that there is a "spa dog"! 😍 I love my nails after a trip to Athena Day Spa. Went there while visiting from out of town and got a dip manicure (something I’ve been doing for years, I have had one a month since 2017). It was clear the man doing my nails was rushed and sloppy, but he followed the steps that I’ve seen at other salons so went with it. One nail chipped THE NEXT DAY. What was I doing you ask? Obviously something super hard on my nails because everyone knows dip can last while, right? Wrong. I was opening my wallet. I had to file my nail significantly down to hide it. Two days later, another nail chipped. What was I doing that caused this? Putting on a pair of pants. So that’s two chips in 3 days. It’s now day 5 and three more nails are very close to chipping. The edges are sloppy. It’s laughable this is how they perform work, but I understand mistake

I really didn't want to get on here and write a bad review but after paying over $80 and my nails didn't last a week, I'm 8 days since my appointment and this is how my nails look. It's super disappointing to go somewhere to treat yourself and your appointment is rushed and the qualily of work done is embarrassing, the nails don't even stay looking nice. Mind you I work at a computer, I don't do hard laboring work with my hands. I wouldn't ever go back after my experience there.
