This lady Yama got mad at me because I mistakenly booked a regular Braiding appointment on accident instead of a touchup when I arrived she got extremely upset telling me that a touchup takes less time and I’m causing her to miss money. I then said I communicated to you via direct message two different times that I wanted to touch up and you said OK that’s fine, it was a honest mistake. I proceeded to leave and she started calling me out of my name I asked her is there something else she wanted to say to me and she begin to lose it started throwing things knock my phone out of my hand to the point I had to call the police and her coworker had to restrain her. Do not waste your time or safety booking with this lady she’s crazy.
