Adrien was wonderful!!! For my color correction, she made sure to clearly understand my goals, then explained what she could do now, protecting the health of my hair, and what we could do at our next visit, as well. The entire experience from the receptionist to result was great!

I’ve been a loyal client at this hair studio for the past eight years, but unfortunately, my last experience left me very disappointed. I had scheduled an appointment three months ago at my last visit and even flew in from New York specifically for it. However, when I called the day of my appointment to confirm, I was told that my appointment was not in the system and that my stylist was fully booked and couldn’t accommodate me. After years of consistent business, I expected better organization and customer service. This experience left me questioning whether my loyalty and time are valued here. I hope the studio addresses these scheduling issues moving forward.
