Atmosphere Hair Salon LLC

E tremely pleased. I have seen website on Atmosphere for some time and wanted to try them. Angela was my stylist and I absolutely love my hair. This was my first visit and I needed my natural hair shaped & styled for a company event this week. She listened to what I wanted and talked to me along the way so I was happy at each step. I plan to make Atmosphere my salon, and Angela my regular stylist.

This salon claims to be about healthy hair and a good atmosphere but based on my experience at this salon it was the total opposite. My stylist dynisha was absolutely horrible. I'm convinced that the positive reviews about her services are from friends and family because there is no way this can be true. The stylist arrived 20mins late to my appointment. She did not provide me with an apology instead she gave me a funky attitude during the whole duration of my appointment. I came in to have a sew in installed for the first time. I described the look I was going for and she immediately became snappy and sassy telling me that the method was not included in the service. The woman was very aggressive while washing my hair. She did not use any heat protection while blow drying my natural hair.

This was my second visit to the salon. Dynisha styled my hair. She did a really good job. Each time I have gotten many compliments from my husband and from other people.

Comfortable and professional salon/staff. I receive so many compliments on my hair when I leave Atmosphere Hair Salon. They are the Best in Chicago!!
