@MADE.BYMADS_ Very unprofessional, do not book with her! She is scamming clients and then blocks you if you try to get a refund for a horrible service she did on you, after already trying to blame you for her screw ups! Not to mention the service was $275 for it to look horrible after one wash. I am very disappointed DO NOT RECOMMEND MADISON AT THIS SALON! I wanted to share my experience to help others. I got my hair colored by Maria Garcia, and within three weeks the color started fading and turning orange/yellow, even though my hair was already bleached and not dark to begin with. This is not normal based on my past experiences — I’ve colored my hair many times and never needed a toner or refresh this fast. I reached out to Maria after about a month and received no response, so I followed up two weeks later. When she finally replied, she dismissed the fading as ‘normal’ for her clients and said a refresh every 6–8 weeks is necessary. I went to see Macie for the first time and I will be returning to her! She listened to my concerns and inspo picture and to me, I felt heard! And she was a blast! We did a gloss, cut and style! Absolutely spot on with my color!

This was my first time trying this salon and sadly my last. My hair looks great don’t get me wrong but the service was not the best. I had an appointment at 5:15pm, and ending up not seeing my stylist until 5:35.. I get 20 minutes isn’t THAT long but, if I have to put a credit card down just in case of a no show or rescheduling and it charges me 100%-50% then I should get some sort of discount for my stylist being late. When I was taken there was no apology for the wait. Overall, it could of been my new salon but that rubbed me the wrong way.. I felt some what rushed because everyone left the salon, and when I got home my blow out went flat. I was late for my event and my hair was meh. Not worth the price.

I’ve been going to Caitlin for my color and extensions for about a year now. I have never had someone give me my DREAM hair every single time I walk out of the salon, as she does. I’m always shocked when I look in the mirror to see how consistently she gives me everything I want but then I just remember she is THAT STYLIST. The unicorn of hair stylists. I’m getting my hair done again next week and I cannot wait!! 🎉
