Old man with the grey hair done my pedicure and my nails I asked him if he could do French tip he asked me if I wanted white I told him blue but he proceeded to do my nails how he wanted and told me it look better my nails are uneven and lumpy and not what I asked for I told him I wanted French tip he was nonchalant about what I was saying and I told him again I wanted French tip he told me it would be 60 dollars but 50 if I let him continue I wanted to pay because I got the service but I don’t think I should’ve paid the price I paid because I didn’t get what I asked for he ignored me the whole time even my sister told him I wanted French tip I shouldn’t have to have told him that 3 times !but he done my nails how he wanted and I had to pay this is why I don’t come here he was also rough w

This was a horrible experience i had prom the next day and they played over my nails and made me pay befo they could finish them and i asked for a refund but couldn’t receive it then they acted so racist ill never go back again this is what i got vs what i asked for and i didnt even want the designs i js wanted pink french tips

Great customer service. Clean shop. I didn't notice a restaurant for customers. I'm glad that they still have reasonable prices unlike any other nail shops. I will definitely come back for my polish change, pedicure, and wax needs.

Sat here and wasted my time for nothing he ERIC said it’ll be 30 mins I waited only for him to sit down and eat then come start on someone nails, I asked him how long is it gonna be he then said 3 people was in front of me after I waited 45 mins UNPROFESSIONAL and wasted an hour of my time for NOTHING !

Eric is the best! Got a full set and a pedi and it was done perfectly and in a timely fashion.
