Audrey's Roots African Hair Braiding

Don't go here if you want your edges. Had the worst experience. This lady, Audrey is actually doing hair in her apartment. She braided my hair so tight, that I could not sleep well for a few nights and I developed bumps around my hairline. When I took the braids down, some of my hair came out. Her apartment was also very dirty. She was eating, answering her phone, and talking loudly to the other women while on my head, but her hands stopped braiding which caused me to sit there for 3 1/2 hours for medium sized lemonade braids. I asked for 10, but she did more and added another color of hair that I did not bring. She said that, what I brought was not enough, but she still kept some of my braiding hair after I was finished. Y’all this place was really bad. I went to get my hair braided today and it was not what I asked for. My appointment was at 10:30 people who didn’t even call in got there before me and were in my spot. Didn’t start on my hair until 11:30 am. Also I did not leave the shop for 8 hours. Very untimely and the hair style I wanted does not take that long. I wish I could give them zero stars but it won’t let me. Also she over charged us so 0/10 wouldn’t recommend
