Authentic Brazilian Wax Murfreesboro

I love my wax lady Emy! She’s the sweetest and very thorough. However, the front desk girl, Caitlin has been rude to me multiple times. She has snatched things out of my hand, barely greeted when I walked in. I have said thank you multiple times in one instance and she says “mmhmm”, just very very rude, dismissive & disrespectful. Unfortunately, I have friends that come here and have said the same thing about her. I just left and I’ve had enough! I will be reaching out to management because her behavior is unacceptable. If this continues me and my friends will take our business elsewhere.

Very disappointing experience. I have never been to the Murfreesboro location. Five years ago, I visited the Brentwood location, received poor service, and was refunded after reporting the issue via email and pictures. When I recently tried to book an appointment at the Murfreesboro location, my appointment was canceled and I was told I could no longer use their services because of that refund from five years ago. It feels like the business is holding grudges and punishing customers for complaining, despite my professional and straightforward communication. There are plenty of other places I could go for this service, but this experience shows how unprofessional and poorly organized this business can be.

My normal waxed (Macy B) is on vacation so I booked with whoever was available per online booking. That left me with Maressa. She has a very smart mouth all because I had 2 simple requests that Macy never has a problem with. Maybe she just had a bad day because the entire service was silent but better days coming girl! Overall, she did a good job.

This was my first time here and Emy C was absolutely amazing! Very nice and makes you as comfortable as possible. She is very quick but does great work. I will definitely be booking with her again!

10/10 recommend! Just had a wax done with Maressa and I couldn’t be happier! She made the whole experience so comfortable and easy. Super professional, gentle, and friendly. Honestly, one of the least painful waxes I’ve ever had.
