I came across Avail Aesthetics when searching for a place to get a tattoo removed and have had such a great experience. Regan has been my tech for each treatment and she is so kind, knowledgeable and down to earth. She does a great job at making sure you feel comfortable and informed about your treatment. I would definitely recommend!

I can’t say enough great things about Regan! She is such a warm light and incredibly professional. I actually look forward to my tattoo removal appointments, which says a lot because… OUCH. She’s so knowledgeable about everything Avail offers and always takes the time to answer all my skincare questions, even the ones totally unrelated to my appointment. I never feel rushed, and it genuinely feels like she’s invested in the success of my treatment. I also have to shout out Avail as a whole, their entire staff is so friendly, and the front desk is especially wonderful. I truly can’t recommend them enough!

I got botched tattoo from cv brows and went to get it removed via magnetic tattoo removal in Raleigh the lady was nice but it was a painful process. Then I found this place in Raleigh which does laser tattoo removal which was amazing and kind to me. They explained everything to me properly and believe me it was 1/3 pain of magnetic tattoo removal. I have no scarring. Steve was very kind and went over everything with me. It’s a process to get the tattoo removed and might take a few sessions but I’m so happy to get in with him. Hopefully this ink will come off my lips. I’ll update my review to let you guys know how much ink came off
