Was charged $40 for my “Navy Blue” square shape gel set, I got flustered and paid it but after really seeing them they are translucent and discolored. They offered to change it but I didn’t have time because of plans that my friends and I had and they were waiting on me. The quality of the gel nail polish was terrible and my nails feel so thin. I was so devastated about my nails so I decided to quickly return to get a refund. The lady I requested to get a refund from was not understanding at all and said they can’t refund me “only because I didn’t like the color”. This is a terrible policy for a service provider. I've been coming to Avalon for over 7 years. Nancy is the BEST. Wonderful pedicures, love my gel nails. I recommend Avalon to anyone looking for a nail salon!! My only complaint is the music. Since moving to new location inside the mall the music is louder and pretty much dance music. Who wants to listen to dance music with same thumping beat while getting a relaxing pedicure? I don't want musak but maybe just more low key would be nice.

i’ve been coming here for 2 years now and my girl Gwen has never done me wrong. I tell all my friends about Gwen bc she eats every time! when i first came i told Gwen i’ve never had a good nail salon experience and coming here has changed that completely! i only have the best experiences here!

I am absolutely in love with the cat eye nail polish at this salon. Every time I come here to get my acrylics done, I am super happy with the results. The quality of the work is great, and I feel like the prices are very reasonable. I recently paid $70 for each set of gorgeous nails, and I couldn't be happier with how they turned out. This salon is definitely my go-to for all things nail-related.

absolutely amazing!! came in as a walk in and technician was SO nice and sweet, made sure to check how i felt about every step of the procedure and replicated the picture i showed perfectly! overall atmosphere was very nice and relaxing, and my nails are gorgeous and feel very high quality!
