The precision and care she puts into her work are unmatched. The new management has really made a positive impact, creating a welcoming, friendly and professional atmosphere. The new management has done such a great job with the salon. It's clean and very well staffed. Anna is amazing, her nail art is the best I've ever had; she is so meticulous and communicates so well to ensure your expectations are met. Can't recommend enough!

I came today to do a pedicure and manicure. I did not have an appointment but I asked if they have time to do both and they said yes. I arrived around 2:26pm and I let them know I had to leave no later than 3:30 3:40pm they said it was enough time to do both and would do both services at the same time. After the wrapped my hands they said cannot do pedicure only ma I cure after making me wait more than 15 minutes where I could had gone to any other salon near by (there are around 5 places that could had accommodated me). After having no having a choice as my hands were wrapped out I had to stay. Big mistake my nails came the worse ever possible and on top of that I was charged no half price of the regular service but $25 dollars. I did not appreciate the promised and under delivered and
