I came in today for getting my first facial with Esthetician Student Letti. Is was very according and organized. Clean work place. Great service. It was the best first facial experience. She did an amazing job. 10/10. 10 stars. Highly recommend.

pros: free tea that is delicious free hand massages that are very relaxing very friendly staff and customer service cons: stylist said they could finish my hair in a certain amount of time and took double. "Don't bite off more than you can chew" usually I don't mind but it is a problem when you are charged a dollar per minute. I think this is a poor pricing system because this is completely based off of the stylists abilities and is out of the clients control thus can become very expensive very quickly. It is like an unpleasant surprise that you must wait to hear how much the cost is, especially if your hair is extremely thick like mines. my hair turned out okay, very poofy and left very crinkly in many spots and unstraightened. Just had a facial with Saffra who was WONDERFUL. Extremely professional, kind, explained everything and gave me a verrrry relaxing facial! She really knew what she was doing and my skin is glowing! Thank you, Saffra!

I went to Sapphire for a haircut and she did an amazing job!! Will definitely come back the next time I need a trim.
