Went to the nail salon and got tortured under the file. Literally, she was not gentle at all and cut me numerous times, even after I said I was in pain. She didn’t even apologize, and of course, at the end of this “lovely” treatment, she didn’t forget to ask for a tip. She also gave me a crazy price, even though last time I paid about $15 less, so I really don’t understand why. I’m truly disgusted and disappointed. The shape came out ugly, there was nail polish everywhere, and I still have sticky residue all over my skin. They didn’t even give tissues to wipe your hands or offer for you to wash them. She gave me some disgusting product that smelled horrible. I also have to say the files, brush, and tools did not look clean or sanitized. I’m absolutely disgusted. I will never go back ther

I went there for the very first time to get my acrylics done first they were over priced whenever she is doing something she is like this will cost more I will have to charge extra for shaping your nails to almond shape I had the worst experience ever she chipped my nail skin 2-3 times near the cuticles and the work she has done on my nails it clearly shows that she is totally unprofessional she don’t know how to do nails she put wrong size nail on my 1 thumb and when I told her she is like no I will fix it later I will put something on it don’t worry my all nails where uneven they are not shaped similar and she filed some of my nails so hard that near to the cuticles my original nail started showing up and some nails she didn’t even bother to file the nail beds were looking so uneven the

I came in for a gel manicure. They had to first remove the existing gel polish I had on. My nails were soaking in acetone but a while but they still used tools and buffers to remove the gel and my natural nail until they were paper thin. The tech (who I presume is also the owner) then upsold me on this hot gel treatment that would make my nails stronger. $85. With my ruined nails I said fine. When I asked her to use regular polish instead of gel that only took the price down to $75. Made no sense, but ok. The hot gel treatment required UV light. No lotion was ever used on my hands the entire time. I left with dry cracked fingers with polish over my fingertips and cuticules. When it was time to pay, I gave her my credit card and she increased my total by 4.5% to use my card. So I paid in ca

New salon so I liked that it was empty and looked clean. There was a horrible smell from the bathroom, not sure if there was a plumbing issue. Went in for a gel manicure. To take off my existing gel polish, the tech (who I assume is also the owner) buffed down my nails (after they were soaking in acetone) until they were literally paper thin. She then upsold me on some hot gel treatment that’ll help my nails be stronger. I was so disappointed in how much of my natural nail she filed down so I said fine… she then said it’ll be $75! I don’t get my nails done often so I let her proceed with this ridiculously overpriced treatment. I figured it’d be worth it to have a nice manicure. Unfortunately the end result was anything but nice!! The pictures speak for themselves. She didn’t even put any l

HORRIBLE. it was apparent she didn’t want to do my pedicure. she filed my skin and cut me multiple times to the point i am bleeding on 4 toes. she was aggressively filling to the point where i pulled away and she wouldn’t stop until i verbally told her enough. she didn’t ask me what shape i wanted or if i wanted them cut. i never cut i always file and she cut ALL my length off. i got french and it looks HORRIBLE she didn’t ask if the french was good before she cured it and i pulled my foot out of the machine to look at it and she gave me a dirty look. rude. unprofessional. i shouldn’t be in pain from a pedicure. the polish is crooked and uneven
