Aviary Beauty + Wellness O4W

I had a really upsetting experience at Aviary Beauty, and I honestly wish I could undo this appointment. I went in for a curly haircut with Malaika and showed her a reference photo of exactly what I wanted. I was very clear that I wanted to keep most of my length and just add bangs and a little more fullness. Instead, my hair was cut way shorter than I asked for, with a ton of layers, and it looks nothing like the photo I showed her. I’ve spent years growing my hair out, so this was devastating for me. When I told Malaika that it wasn’t what I wanted and that I didn’t like it, she didn’t really listen. She kept explaining why I shouldn’t be upset and said that she thought it looked good. Took a self care Saturday and decided to get a facial at Aviary in O4W. I have been a few times and it's always a treat, but this time blew me away. I was unsure of the facial I wanted and Oceana walked me through what she thought would be best based off of my concerns. The lymphatic drainage was dreamy and the oxygen facial left my skin so revived. Oceana was so sweet and knowledgeable, I will surely be back to her for the exact same treatment.

I had such a great experience here! The facial was amazing, super relaxing and left my skin glowing. Abigail was very professional and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I came in with my daughter and she received a terrible haircut. The stylist was nice in appointment at least. My daughter requested a short cut, but the stylist cut over 12 inches without any idea if it would look good. She said the stylist argued and insisted this cut is what she asked for in review. Adding photos… no one would request this haircut and no stylist would believe they did good job. This salon should not cut curly hair.

Had a wonderful experience yesterday at The Aviary O4W! This was probably my 3rd or 4th facial at the salon over the years but this was my first time seeing owner, Amy Bransford. She asked me about the goals of my facial and based on that made a recommendation for a service that was a better fit than what I booked. A great experience and I'll continue to go back!
