I’m very disappointed with my experience. Before I said anything, my nails were all uneven one was almond-shaped, some were slanted, and others were squared. She was fully done with my nails didn’t even ask if I liked them. I told Kathy I no longer wanted polish and would just pay for the nail removal. She told me she could fix the shape with polish free of charge, so I agreed. However, I was still charged for it. There was a clear lack of communication and transparency. If something is offered as free of charge, that should be honored. Otherwise, it shouldn’t be said at all. Kathy also didn’t ask me at the end if I liked my nails. They do not offer refunds, I paid $75. I sat for over 2 hours for a basic french pedi. I can still see my old polish that was not removed through the new acrylic. Unfortunately I love this place but will not be returning due to the way this was handled.

Josh always indulges my requests for nail art ideas and he always gives me what I’ve dreamed of using his art style. I always leave happy with his work. Jen is always awesome for cleaning up my eyebrows! They always make sure that I’m comfortable every time and that’s why I always make sure to visit them for my pampering routine!!

Very disappointing experience. The nail tech cut me twice during the appointment and I showed her the picture of the nails I wanted over 10 times, yet my nails look nothing like it. The cuticles are messy, the polish is bumpy, and the chrome is streaky and doesn't even cover all the polish. The nail shapes are inconsistent and the stars are all different shapes and sizes. She used so much glue when applying the tips which left a lot of residue around my nails and behind the nail tips. These also took almost 3 hours and were over $90. The last picture is what I asked for. Would not reccomend.

I have been here many times now and enjoy the atmosphere and services. I have gotten acrylic nails here before, but usually get a pedicure and gel polish. Today I had Kathy and she was so sweet and did an amazing job on my pedi. I have also had a pedicure and acrylic set done by Tina and she is also so sweet and amazing at her craft. I have had services done by three other people there as well but I have had Tina the most times and Kathy today was fantastic.
