Ayat Beauty hair & threading salon

I purchased a groupon for a haircut, color, and style because I had never tried Ayat Beauty Salon before and wanted to give it a chance. I even called prior to purchasing the groupon because I wanted to make sure the color brand they use was Goldwell. I believe the name of the person I dealt with was Bushra. She confirmed that she had that brand until an hour before the appointment when she stated it would be Wella or Redken so I responded I would go with Wella then. I get there and she changes it again stating she only has Redken. This already put me off yet I sat down still hoping for the best but then I was told I would be charged extra due to the thickness/texture of my hair. I explained that I didn’t even need the haircut and was fine with just the color and style but that didn’t seem

no hairstylist should be using 40 VOLUME DEVELOPER with BLEACH on hair that is already processed with box dyes, etc. i wasn’t that educated about this until after, my hair experienced dryness, damage, and even changed porosity dramatically! an easy google search would say that it causes “severe, permanent damage, including intense dryness, breakage, chemical "cuts," and, if applied to the scalp,, painful burns”. do not trust this place. my hair is taking months to recover. i was ignored when i confronted her. i bought the service through groupon and she claimed it would be more expensive if i paid with the groupon but isn’t groupon supposed to be cheaper?? she also was saying how she doesn’t get the full service amount when clients use groupon and how they steal from her and i tried to be

Very accommodating. Got Groupon shampoo, haircut and blow dry. Nice, quiet and clean single room suite in multi suite building. Make sure to walk to right when come in main door. Was very quick and efficient with time. Overall great experience!

I bought a Groupon for partial highlights haircut and style nowhere on the initial Groupon does it say that there would be an extra fee for long or thick hair. Nor did she mention anything when I made the appointment about a possible extra charge but when I got there, not only did she make me wait a half an hour in the hallway she was ready to charge me an additional $35 With prices the way they are nowadays I often purchase Groupons mainly because I do understand what it's like to be in a service industry and I like to tip accordingly and usually like to tip generously and buying Groupons Believe it or not helps me to do that But if I were you I would definitely avoid this shop!!!!

I had very dark black, long, and thick hair and wanted to go blonde without damaging it. She did an amazing job! My hair lifted beautifully to blonde while staying healthy. Many other salons quoted me very high prices because of my hair length and thickness, but her prices were very reasonable. After my color service, she suggested a $30 treatment to protect and nourish my hair. I’m so glad I did it because my hair feels shiny, soft, and healthy. I highly recommend her if you want blonde hair without damage and at a fair price!
