Always amazing! Loved my Halloween nails!

Nice salon but the techs on the other hand … not so nice. The main tech was rude at first because I wanted to know the price. I had read the reviews and was already apprehensive, so I wanted to make sure I had chosen the right nail shop. The abrasiveness and reviews should have warned me to walk away. Anyway, the woman who did the pedicure was fine and did an ok job but the gentleman that did my gel manicure on the other hand was not so good and rough around the edges. I had a cracked nail and he did nothing to try to mend it, even after I asked him about it. I also had to ask him to reshape my nails for uniformity but ended up giving up because it was pointless. I should have just done my nails at home in Valdosta instead of here. Please beware and think twice unless you want to waste you

I’ve been coming here since they first opened. I’ve had SNS done every time and by different people but Jenny is by far the best. She is quick, accurate and knows my style now. I’ve had a couple of times that I wasn’t 100% happy with other people but I gave it a second chance and I now see that they have only kept their best people on staff regularly. The pricing is no better or worse than other places but you get good service and very nice people along with it.

First time I went in I asked for a new set of Nails w/tips; I mean who gets nails with no tips? They talked me into SNS; Something better than acrylic but never mention the price. I also asked for a $38 pedicure. No leg massaging or lotion applied. My toenails were cut when I got there. After my French manicured nails were applied I asked about color? She never asked me if I wanted French manicure but charge $10 extra for it. And tips were extra. My new set of nails and a pedicure cost $88 I called the next day and spoke with Daniel Who gave me $10 off my next service which was today. I took with me a picture of plum nails for a wedding. The following picture is what I showed him compared with what I got. And I gave them 15 more dollars after my credit. Never again!
