I am 5 stars all the way very satisfied with the service I received. It wasn't perfect and I think they could upgrade a bit, as for anywhere, however I felt at home, comfortable to speak what I wanted, the owner would come and check on the hairs being done, sometimes even help. I love that they continuously speak to you to make sure you're happy. My braider ( Serke) I apologize if I mispelled,is so vibrant and so gentle. It only hurt when she was in the sensitive part of my hair. Other than that I could have fallen asleep. I explain it was my birthday and my 1st time getting braidss like that and they were so accommodating, making sure I was happy AND reassuring me when I wasn't sure.
