Azulene Nails & Day Spa

We absolutely love Azulene Nails and Day Spa! I’ve had a manicure, pedicure, and massage there, and every service has been excellent. The staff is wonderful — friendly, professional, and always make you feel relaxed and well taken care of. They offer a large selection of services, which makes it easy to plan a full self-care day or just pop in for something quick. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming, and we’ve been back many times because the experience is consistently great. Highly recommend!

I would strongly caution anyone considering Azulene Day Spa. I was charged over $400 for Gel-X nails, a pedicure with polish, and a facial. I was there half the day just for the initial services, which would have been understandable if the quality matched the price — but it absolutely did not. The Gel-X nails cracked within two days, which is completely unacceptable for what I paid. Shortly after my appointment, I became extremely ill and reached out as soon as I was able. I was then told by the front desk that they “only offer help within 3 days” — a policy that is posted nowhere, not disclosed verbally, and not printed on the receipt. I booked what was advertised as a package, yet I wasn’t even able to receive my massage because the website does not accurately reflect service duration

I truly appreciate the owner of Azulene Nails & Day Spa reaching out and offering to correct my experience. It means a lot when a business takes accountability and shows they care about their customers. I really loved my new nail tech (Melissa) she truly took her time and fixed my nails correctly. She was kind, understanding, and very nice. Larissa at the front desk also made sure I was happy before I left, which I appreciated. Kelly who redid my feet was very nice as well and did a great job. That level of customer service deserves recognition. I would love to have the same two nail techs when I return from now on. Thank you for being willing to make things right.

My daughter went here to get a simple French SNS. It looks awful. It was a male tech. He told her he couldn't do what she wanted. She chose a simple French and chrome. It's SO lumpy and uneven. He even cut her. It looks awful and on top of that it was $112!!! Just for nails. Insane. I definitely will not go there after her experience and seeing what her nails look like.

On 2/15/26 at approximately 3:00 PM, I drove 45 minutes to this location — a salon I’ve been coming to since I was 16 years old when I lived in Ocala. Upon check-in, I informed the receptionist that I wanted an acrylic overlay on my nails and toes. She advised me to tell the technician directly.
