I followed Angela from her previous location because she is The One. You know, the one who can do your hair exactly how you want it every time, knows your hair, and is completely consistent. If you want to do a balayage she is the only one to go to. It’s perfect every time, never looks colored, only perfectly natural as if you came out of the womb with that hair. The truth is, if I ever moved away from Salem I would fly in to have her do my hair first, see my family second. 😜
