LOVE the atmosphere here. Everyone is warm, welcoming & each time I’ve gone, I’ve learned something new about nail health :) My nails always turn out exquisite as they pay the HIGHEST attention to detail here. Also, the “walk-ins welcome” is SUPER appreciated. Literally never going anywhere else!

Katie is amazing. She is the kindest human to ever do my nails. I don’t do much of anything for myself, except a pedi once a month. It’s been 7 mos since my last pedi, even longer since a mani. I live out of town & come home about once a month. I won’t get my nails done by anyone else. As long as Katie there. My cat eye mani is perfect. I was having a bad day & she actually listened to me & cared. What a great lady. Thanks BT Nails for being able to provide me my PERMANENT nail salon.

I’ve been a customer for 9 years now and honestly these people are just the best. Greeted immediately and seated at a desk quickly almost always. Clean and calm environment. Are they celebrity level nails? No. But honestly if you are just looking for a quick French tip and eyebrows, stop by. Thanks!

The absolute worst ever! The lady was nice which is the only reason I gave it 2 stars. They were supposed to be cat eye which I was charged $10 more on top of the overall price and the color all over my skin none of the nails are even and she painted over dust so they are lumpy. I just can’t! Never again

I’ve been going to BT nails for about a year now and each experience has been absolutely disappointing. 2 days ago I went to get a full French tip set done and was extremely dissatisfied by the service and the quality of service I received. I was rushed and my nail tech walked away multiple times. I was told that my nails were too long and this has been an ongoing issue since I’ve been going to them. Due to my dissatisfaction I returned to have them remove the polish and the manager began to argue with because I felt as though if I just had my nails done 2 days prior I should not have to pay an additional 50 dollars to receive a simple polish change. In result of this I was told to pay the fee or get another full set which is ridiculous. BT nails is extremely racist towards their black cus
