I came here for a soak off and was really disappointed with my most recent visit. During my appointment, the nail tech accidentally clipped my natural nail and it started bleeding. While accidents happen, there was no discount, apology, or attempt to make it right, I was still charged full price. When something like this happens, I expect basic care, proper sanitation, and customer service. Unfortunately, none of that was offered. I wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending this salon based on this experience.

I just left this nail shop I got my nails and eyelashes done. I traveled an hour for this on my only off day, so I was expecting quality service. I usually go to Michelle because she does a great job, but she was not there today. Unfortunately, my eyelashes started coming off almost immediately after I left. Since I live an hour away, it’s not easy for me to just turn around and come back to have them fixed, which makes the situation even more frustrating. When you travel this far and spend your money, you expect the work to last longer than 15 minutes . I’m very disappointed with this visit and hope the business works on improving consistency when regular technicians aren’t available.

Lil sis got her nails done. Loves ittt!! I got the no chip which was 25$. She has a party today to go to and the nails only took 10-15 mins. Though they got some polish on the outside of the nail, it was only a tiny bit. Good service and will be going back again.

The 2 stars is for the polish, nothing more. 50 dollars for a natural/basic mani/pedi that included no cuticle softener, no massage and no oil/lotion at the end. I paid $50 for a soak and polish. Above all, the nail tech(male) seemed to get an attitude because I wanted regular polish; instead of no chip. I could have soaked my feet at home and came in for a polish change. My son’s basic mani/pedi was $64 because he wanted his nails buffed. Buffing is $7, that’s more than what that little board costs, never again.

(POSTED MY OWN WORK THEY INSPIRED ME TO STOP GOING TO SHOPS ESPECIALLY THE ONES THAT DON’T CARE ABOUT HOW THEY TREAT THEY CUSTOMERS NOW I HAVE MY OWN) I tried to come here because of my mom but I walked out I had paint on my nails and the man drilled it off as I’m looking at my nails I see it’s still polish on my nails he was about to put the nail tips on top of old nail polish I said can you fully clean the nails off before putting the tips on he said no we are about to close I said so because your about to close I came at 6:15 they close at 7:00 that’s 45 mins of good service you should be trying to give me but instead you can’t get all the polish off and properly prep my nails the man said no I can leave if I have a issue and I most definitely did and went to the nail shop across the st
