I recently visited Back Bay Skincare and Spa for a Brazilian waxing, hoping for a smooth and thorough result. The staff was friendly and professional, and the environment was clean and comfortable, which I appreciated. However, I was quite disappointed with the final result. While the wax itself was applied relatively well and the process seemed efficient, there was noticeable hair left behind in several areas after the procedure. I expected a much smoother finish, especially for the price and reputation of the salon. This oversight led to some frustration, as I had to go over areas myself to remove the remaining hair.
