Baisley Natural Nails

This was the WORST experience I have had in life. DO NOT go to this salon. Not only do they overcharge you, but they strong arm you into paying only cash amd call the police on you when you try to use a debit card. The service was sub-par and the prices on the board ARE NOT the prices you are charged. My end bill was 4 times thd amount listed on their price board.

Extremely poor customer service experience. I had a pedicure and selected a color however when I looked down beginning my next foot was not the color I selected. She kept saying that was the number I selected. I explained I pointed to desired color she kept insisting that was the number I selected. It went to bad going back and forth about the number which didn’t match the color. Next I asked the price for acrylic which was missing from their price list. A different woman proceeded to remove the old acrylic using a nail tip I explained I didn’t want my old acrylic removed using that method due to the fact it tears off the to layer of my own nail surface. I turned into a back and forth when I then showed her the damage. After that she used the liquid solution to remove the acrylic. I remove

They have great welcoming attitudes but overwork theirselves. They charge too much for gel polish. They charged without a pedicure...18 for my 10 yr old daughter's feet. Obsurd! They are fast a few of them and do pretty good with designs. Only downfall is they do it in a way that makes your nails weak and nail bed underneath break in half. Also sometimes too much Acrylic and very bad glue comes right off. They don't do good eyelashes. One looked like I had lazy eye. She tried. The pedicures with spa packs are expensive think 25 extra on top of pedicure price. They sometimes put nails crooked but will fix with no problem. They use plastic wrap for the spa tubs. Wished the nails didn't come right off. Nice designs. Very pricey but quality doesn't match.

First, I showed a picture of what I desired on my nails and if their techs could achieve that design and she stated yes. However that was not the case and she rushed through my tip install and got an attitude when I didn't like them square like a box and didn't ask me what shape I wanted. Then proceeded to file the sides vigorously to round them but they are unevn and nails residue underneath my nails that weren't cut off. I stopped the nails process as they couldn't do much nail art or gel designs as I wanted. This was a waste of time and good energy. Only two people spoke English and hard to communicate my needs and wants with the huge disconnect this relaxing experience I tried to share with my mom and daughter was highly stressful and disheartening experience. I was looking for a nail place I drove down Baisley, and I saw this nail place I entered and did a sns she did the filing, etc, which was a little rough and was deep she went a little too deep with the side while filing I had to pull away cause the heat started to burn anyway I proceed to do the sns diping power and every thing was nicely did then the next day I woke up with a pain in my finger and say something feel funny I keep watch my finger and my finger feel like it was about to pop I was in so much pain I had to take off the power to get a little relief and I watch my finger get inflam to the point I want to go to er but I administer warm water for any inflammation and it was helping I will never go back here my experience was horrible
