Baja Tanning

Very impressed!! I just went for the 1st time and even their base bed was super hot, great quality bulbs & staff was friendly!!

Beds are good. Place is clean. Easy to get to location. Friendly teller. Odd that I have to make an appointment cause I never have done that with the places back home, but it assures me a bed. So no waiting. Good pricing. However I do not recommend them. Half the time they don't answer the phones, so I'll have to call back at breaktime. By then they are booked. Or they have flooding so I can't get a bed. A month goes by quickly, I look as white as the day walked in. I used the beds a handful of times, so I should of atleast had a base tan.

Seems like I can get the time I need when I I make my appointment .

I booked two appointments out weeks ahead of time, two weeks for the first and over a month before the second. I was sent an email the morning of my first appointment, 12 hours in advance, that my appointment was canceled. My second appointment, ahead of a wedding out of state that I am the Maid of Honor in, was then canceled. See screenshots for more context. I completely understand that things come up, but this was the opposite of customer service. My time is not any less valuable than anyone else's. I have been a customer of Baja tanning for years, since moving to Duluth in 2015. If you're very flexible with changing plans on short notice, give Baja a shot. If you're busy and need to book reliable appointments, I absolutely 100% do not recommend.
