Does great with hair, but terrible at communication and scheduling. Was looking for a good stylist to help me with taking care of my hair and getting it back healthy. Scheduling with her the first time wasn't awful, but the second time was definitely a little more difficult. I was trying to schedule my next (third) appointment with her but she flat out does not respond or get back to you. I understand being busy. I don't understand flat out ignoring and making it difficult for a paying customer willing to come back for repeat business. Seems as if every time I tried to schedule an appointment was like I was having to chase her and pull teeth just to get a spot. She was not trying to work with me or find something to fit my schedule as well as hers unless I kept suggesting something that c
