Balance Massage Spa

This was my first massage experience and honestly it was great. I originally walked in to ask questions because I’m plus sized and they gave me service within 20mins. Emily was my massage therapist and she was very easy to talk to. She asked me a few times if I was okay with the pressure, which I really found very reassuring. She even gave me a 5mins count down to see if I wanted more time since it was my first experience. Great service, I’ll definitely be back!

I've had two massages here, both hot stone, and they were awesome. I was greeted promptly and immediately shown to my room. Room was nice, clean and massages started on time. I've had the same masseuse, Annie, both times and she literally has magic hands! Reasonably priced and a good vibe.

My partner and I went in for a couples massage and all I can say is Absolutely amazing!! Judy and Alex were both attentive and no time was wasted! The customer service was immaculate and the space was so calming and inviting! Definitely coming back soon!!

Honest review- I have no idea my therapists name because she hardly spoke a word the entire time and didn’t even ask me if I had any problems areas or injuries to avoid. Thank god I knew the gist of things (dress down , get under the covers) because she didn’t provide any direction. The actual massage was adequate. However- when I filled out the receipt at the end, the lady pointed at the tip line and said “20%” I was like what? (I had already filled it out- tipping roughly 10% because it was overall lackluster service). she repeated herself again “20%”. incredibly unprofessional and rude.

Do not buy a gift card from here unless you are prepared to get into a huge altercation with Rachel, the manager. She had no problem spouting the fact that the owner is an attorney. I was hung up on! When I attempted to call back she refused to take my call. They tout themselves as a small business . I would think that perhaps they would like to be a little nicer to locals . Do not honor this spa! Buyer beware.
