$325 down the drain for the absolute worst hair color job imaginable. Unfinished, uneven, and ugly—it’s a hot mess that looks nothing like what I requested. She literally acted like she’d done a masterpiece, smiling and saying “perfect!” When I expressed how unhappy I was and asked about a refund, as I wouldn’t want her even attempting to fix it. She claims she did it and it blended in with the blonde, she most definitely didn’t even touch it with any color or bleach. The top looked good, partly. that’s the only good thing I can say. I’m in trouble with my work because it looks way more pink than red. Only my roots on my under-layer were touched. That was it. Refused any responsibility. Came in to get some low lights, needed a little pick me up. Been going natural for last 6 years, letting the gray come in. But just needed a little golden brown to lighten and add some dimensions. Cheri did a great job making my vision become reality. And I always love my diva curl cuts she gives me to help bring out my wavy curls. ❤️

Ok, we all know that when our hair looks like crap, we feel like crap. I did a walk in today at Balance Hair Salon on west Stan Schlueter loop in killeen. It was my first time ever in this shop. The owner was awesome, she squeezed me in, between other clients. I absolutely love her, she has a great personality, funny, and knows what she’s doing!! She did a great job on my hair! I absolutely love it. I have gray coming in, so she did some high lights and low lights close to my natural colors, and the colors she chose blended so well with my natural hair color. I will definitely go back. She’s my new hair stylist now.

Balance Salon and Spa is absolutely amazing! I’ve lived in Texas for almost 5 years and the salon is the best I’ve been to. From the warm welcome to the flawless cut and style, everything was perfect. My stylist Cheri truly listened and delivered results that exceeded my expectations.
