This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had in austin I called ahead and was told I could come in, so I drove 20 minutes to this location. Once I arrived, everything changed. Before anything even started, they demanded payment upfront, which I agreed to even though that should have been mentioned on the phone. But then it got worse. After already taking the payment, I was told I needed to pay a tip BEFORE the massage even began. Not suggested. Not optional. Required. I’ve never experienced anything like this at a legitimate massage place. This is not how professional massage therapy operates. Tips are earned based on service, not demanded in advance. Being pressured to tip before a massage is a massive red flag and made the entire situation uncomfortable and awkwa
