I booked and paid $175 for a virtual skincare consultation and customized plan. The appointment was rescheduled multiple times at the provider’s request. A final appointment was agreed upon via text for a specific date and time, but the provider did not attend the appointment. I waited in the Zoom session, attempted to contact her multiple times, and did not hear back until more than two hours later. She later acknowledged in writing that she scheduled the appointment incorrectly. Despite admitting the error and despite the service not being provided, she refused to issue a refund and instead cited policies and client obligations that were not stated in her written terms at the time of booking. The charge was ultimately reversed by my bank after determining the service was not rendered.

I had my very first facial this past weekend, and it was a great experience thanks to Meryl! She was incredibly thoughtful, paying close attention to every detail to ensure I felt comfortable and cared for. Beyond the service itself, she took the time to educate me about skin health and shared helpful resources—all without any pressure to buy products.
