I cannot say enough good things about Gracie! I started seeing her in July 2025 and have had four appointments so far, and every single one has been amazing. My very first appointment was essentially a color correction, and she absolutely nailed it — she got me to my dream color, and it’s not only beautiful but also so easy to maintain. I’m obsessed with it. I also love my haircut every time. I go for a long, layered look with minimal face framing, and she executes it perfectly. I have very thick, naturally curly/wavy hair, which can be a lot to manage, but Gracie truly knows how to work with it and make it look effortless. On top of her talent, Gracie is incredibly thoughtful and kind. I’m a pumping mom, and she’s always mindful of my pumping schedule and makes sure I have time and space

CAROLINE AND GRACIE SLAYED MY HAIR TO THE GODS. I came in with a completely botched color job. They spent hours correcting and giving me my dream hair. Caroline stayed after hours to sew in wefts to completely transform me. I have never been so happy!!!

Gracie did the best balayage I've ever had on my hair! I always get so nervous going to someone new with my hair, but she nailed the color and cut on the first try. She put in a lot of time and effort into my difficult hair, and I couldn't be happier with it. The salon itself is so welcoming, it just feels like a girls day when you're in there. Definitely recommend going to Balayage Girl!

My experience with Gracie was amazing! I’m “new” to town and was still looking to find a stylist. From start to finish she provided excellent service & made me feel so comfortable and at ease with the process. She understood exactly what I wanted and delivered just that. Also she is so nice and just a great person to hang with. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for hair services in the Charlotte area. So happy I found my new hairstylist!!

I’ve been to so many salons in Charlotte, but Ashley and her team are NEXT LEVEL! I had some hair loss due some medical issues and I felt so self conscious. I have seen a lot of bad extensions and I was worried, to say the least. Now I have no idea how I’ve gone so long without them! Ashley took so much time to match my hair, teach me how to maintain the integrity of my natural hair, show me how to wash/dry/style with extensions, and left me feeling totally confident. I feel like I lost 10 years in her chair! The whole staff is amazing. I would feel confident seeing any of the girls there. They all share such a passion for making women feel amazing. I can’t wait to go back. Thank you, Balayage Girls, for giving me the hair of my dreams!!
