I recently visited Balencia for a laser leg treatment and had a fantastic experience! The place was absolutely beautiful—clean, modern, and welcoming. Diane was my technician, and she was truly wonderful—professional, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease. She took her time and made sure everything was done thoroughly. I highly recommend Balencia, and especially Diane, if you're considering any laser treatments!

I just finished my full-body laser hair removal sessions at Balencia, and I’m beyond happy with the results! After six sessions, my skin is so smooth, and I barely have any regrowth despite dealing with PCOD. it’s honestly better than I expected. The staff was super polite and welcoming at every visit, which made the whole process really comfortable. I also treated myself to a hydrafacial, and it was such a relaxing experience. my skin felt deeply cleansed and super hydrated afterward. What I really liked the most was that Balencia’s pricing was way more affordable than some of the other medspas I looked into. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. I’ll definitely be trying more of their services soon. Highly recommend!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Skylar was amazing, talked me through everything and answered all of my questions. On top of that she was extremely kind when I made the mistake of not eating and drinking before Xeomin treatment. I felt faint and she got me a drink and even gave up her own snack to help me out. Skylar and the staff made me feel comfortable the entire time and I will definitely be returning.

Very unprofessional and don't care about their clients. I scheduled an appointment for a cool sculpting consultation and upon showing up I was told the doctor had a problem at another location. I was asked if I want to come back later or reschedule and since I had already taken a day off of work and sat in 45 minutes of traffic to get there I was unable to come back at an unspecified later time. Knowing the doctor was unable to keep my appointment it was truly poor service to not call me or notify me and have me show up at the appointment just to leave. The woman who I dealt with at the office told me bad the doctor was going to feel when I told her the hardship it had caused me. I wanted to say, how about how bad I feel?!
