Bally's African Hair Braiding

First, the ladies acted as though they could do my hair. They moved me to 3 people. The appointment was supposed to take 3-4 hours, which in turn actually took 8 hours. It was Superbowl Sunday and I hadn’t plan on being there all day. They also said 2 people would be on my hair, which didn’t happen. This was my first and last time ever going to this shop. I love my hair but customer service goes along way. Offer people a drink or have a vending machine. They need to do better.

Bally had Me in and out under 40 minutes! Super thankful and impressed with the quality while working with a time constraint! The owner made sure I reached my next appt with no complaints. For that i am grateful. I always return here when in Tally

I had some small traditional plaits booked on Wednesday! The shop was very clean and the staff was very friendly! I do not have any complaints about my hair whatsoever. One young lady did the front and another young lady who was new completed the back of my hair. You can tell she was new but it didn’t bother me at all. Usually there are more than 1 person on my head at a time which I prefer because I drive from Alabama just to get my plaited. It was others who were helping the girls who were doing larger plaits but no one helped her on my head which my plaits were smaller and longer. So I wished we could’ve gotten some help but no complaints. I love my hair and the pricing is very reasonable. This is my first time going to Bally’s & my experience wasn’t the best.. I have very thick & somewhat short hair but definitely not too much to get braided . I had braids many times & never had a stylist complain. The women in the shop complained about my hair in their language many times. One even walked away & started another girls hair after she did the top of my hair. The women were very irritated by my thick beautiful 4b hair & it made me feel very uncomfortable! The constant huffing & puffing by the 2 stylist was very unprofessional & i definitely refused to tip with that type of service. I can tell they favor women with longer hair which is ridiculous because you are an African & braid the majority of black hair which comes in different lengths & textures

Believe the hype! I had an awesome experience, not only with my stylist but the whole staff was friendly and professional. They all help each other so you're in and out in no time, my hair came out beautiful! I didn't have to go cry in my car 🤣 try them out.
