Bamba Bronx African Hair Braiding

For starters, I drove from another state to get my hair done and when I got there I had to wait an hour to get started. The original person who was supposed to be doing my hair was doing another head. Ok I just stayed patient and waited. The lady they called on finally arrived. After arriving she went into another room and took a food break. I waited. She then began to do my hair. I previously messaged the owner on IG asking for the style and making sure the hair was 100% human if not I could have just bought my own. Ok so the girl is starting my “small” boho braids but I can see and feel the boxes NOT being small but the braid is small so basically medium boxes with small braids. They use the braid gel like hair grease and slicked my short hair into a big box and now that the product wore

Pulled my hair so hard my hair was about to fall out. When I got the headache I got was so annoying and it continued for 3 weeks. And the hair was very expensive but I took it done in just 1 month because it didn’t last long. I sadly don’t have any pictures
