Bamboo A Boutique Salon

I visited Bamboo yesterday for the first time. Becca was my stylist. Not only is she a super amazing person she is the best stylist I have ever had. She knew exactly what to do with my fine Curley hair. Also love the depth and shine she gave my hair. Even the hubby gave her 5 stars on how good my hair looks.

Amazing experience. I haven’t been to a salon in 7 years so I was very nervous going in. Raquel gave me a pinterest perfect haircut, she paid attention to every detail and helped me get the 90’s layered look I was going for. Overall vibe of the studio was very chill and calmed all my nerves. Raquel was confident, professional, and very sweet. 10/10 would recommend! I look forward to going back :)

Really disappointed in this salon. I made my first appointment to get my hair done before a big trip tomorrow…first time in years, really proud of myself for getting the babysitter and scheduling…just to find out after I arrived that my stylist didn’t come in. No time to try to reschedule. Childcare is already being paid for. What a terrible first experience. I chose Bamboo over all over the other options and am very much regretting that decision.

I was looking for a new hairstylist and did a consult with Rachel. I have naturally red hair so I’m very particular with who does my root touch ups because red can be too dark or orange looking. The first time she colored my roots it looked good. See first pic. However the second time, her assistant put the color on and it was not even close to first pic. I went back so Rachel could do it again. She colored my roots and ran the color through and it was a dark auburn. I went back AGAIN in 5 weeks and she lightened it with highlights and it looked orange and worse! In the pics you can see the tricolor look. I would not recommend her for natural redheads…you will never get the same color!!

Erin did an absolutely amazing job with my hair! She listened to exactly what I wanted and brought it to life perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with the result! I can’t wait to be back. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented and professional stylist! She’s the best. I love her 🙌
