They took us in quickly and they were able to take care of two of us at the same time. Once we were settled it was relaxing, they have running water and mambo softly playing. The massage was amazing. I'd definitely come again. This was a nice way to treat myself for my birthday. Someone did come for a last minute appointment, which stressed out my technician a little while my hands were being done, I let her know we can skip that part to help out with time, but she gave me the full service which was nice. I’ve been getting my nails done by Li for over 4 years. She does an amazing job every time. She always leaves my nails perfectly filed, cleans the sides and is very thorough! I’m very picky so I’m very happy I found my girl!

Don't bother going here! My review is long, but if you have a minute or two read on to see why I say this. I went to Bamboo for the first time yesterday (4/24/2018). I had stubbed one of my fingers and thus the nail broke and was a lot shorter than my others. I arrived with an open mind. I was not sure of whether I wanted acrylic, gel, or dip. None of which I have done before. The technician, Henry, aided me in NO WAY. He offered no advice. I chose to do dip because I have heard that it is the least nail harming option. Henry asked, "Do you want your nails longer?" I said "no, but this one nail..." I’m leaving 1 star because I have to put it in order to leave this review. I went on Sunday to do my nails and they came out nice, by Monday I was already missing a chunk of the nail. I called and went back on Tuesday to fix it. When I went to fix it Henry redid my nail and almost forgot to put the color nail polish under, I have a mint green French tip. I had to tell him that he forgot the under color. Fast forward to today Thursday, meaning I’ve only had this color on my nails for 4 days, 3 of my nails are missing !!!!!!!! Either they didn’t prep my nail right or they are using bad/cheap products. I used to go there all the time and now I remember why I stopped going because this is something that’s happened before. Very poor work. First started with the wrong color. The color in the sample was totally different it’s supposed to looks teal color.The dip powder is very tick and the shape of the nails is terrible, l don’t know even what kind shape is it. I told that l don’t like the color because it is different os the sample they didn’t offer to change the color and told me to be more careful next time and actually looks at the container with the color and not in the sample. Not good customer service, not recommend this nail shop.
