Bamboo Spa Massage

The massage was ok. What went well: the first 15 min, felt like it was going to be a good deep tissue massage. Then turned in to a soft rub. I would try again in 6 months maybe Pros: - she uses good quality oil or lotion and it was warm which was a nice touch - she was nice - split the time between back and front equally (most places leave the front last 15 min for it) Needs to improve: - seemed like she was new to massage and did not have a good flow of the 1 hour down. - she didn’t know what knots were or where I was “tight”. If you know the back or have gone to massage school they teach this and how to feel where knots in the muscles are or where someone has tightness. - add some relaxing music - the oil / lotion it didn’t have the glide feeling and it felt like I was getting rub bur

The best massage I have ever had in the last six years Mia is wonderful not only does she do deep massages and full body massages but she also is studied in acupressure the people that have pains after an operation and I highly recommend them for those of you who know me you know I’m very fussy and please come and visit them. thank you.♥️👍
