Whose hair is feeling glorious and refreshed? This chick right here! Recently went to get my color done with Kwan and she was amazing. Love my color and cut. I’ve had a million changes in my life and needed a change for my hair! Got some soft foliage with a lovely wild orchid color. Greys were also zapped away in the process and I left with a fab cut and soft layers. Kwan has been in the game for many years and although she is new to Bang, she is NOT new to her craft. Lovely modern salon with a lot of gorgeous details. I enjoyed a lot of the light fixtures and general decor. Easy to find street parking since I went on a weekday midday.

Steff is amazing!! She has been able to get my perfect "alt girl" cut and color just right. I have super dark brown hair and a bright white blonde stripe in the front. It's not easy to go from dark to light but Steff always nails it! And she's to chat with too, which is always a bonus on those longer process sessions 😊

I went in wanting a copper color with red and warm undertones, and did a consolation before-hand. I was quoted a price range of 180-210, which I was comfortable with. Coming to the day of service, and starting to color my hair, Stephanie was very gentle as I have long thick curly hair (3c/4a). But the end result was not what I was promised. I got a dark red which is hardly visible, all the hair dye on my scalp was not washed out, and my roots for the blowout were still curly. In addition the price increase was dramatic, as they had to use much more color than expected and that had a price increase of 180 on top of the 130. I thought that they knew how to do my type of hair, but I was mistaken, they are tailored for people with a looser hair texture. But Stephanie was very nice and answered
