I don't believe people can have super powers, but Marvel needs to hire Nicole Cook to be an avenger. I've been coming to see her for highlights for nearly 5 years, and she has always delivered! She values the health of my hair and is honest with me while consistently slaying my highlights. I look forward to my appointments with her weeks and weeks in advance. It's like Christmas and Nicole Cook is delivering the present of a perfect highlight, trim, and blowout!
