Barbara's Beauty Salon

I went to Barbara hair salon to get my hair done. She color and did highlights on my hair. I gave her 1 ⭐️ because she burned my scalp in 2 places, then proceeded to tell me that I came to her like that. Not only did she burn me she gave me a light gray color and told me that she liked that color. It was already late in the evening about 6:30pm, I went home and came back early the next morning for her try and fix it. Needless to say my hair was ruined. She charged me $270 to burn my scalp and damage my hair, this did not include any haircut. I purchased Overtone of Amazon and color my hair at home because of how horrible it looked. I would not recommend this salon. 👎👎👎👎👎.

My family and I would go here a lot when we were younger but stopped going over the past few years. Although she may be talented with hair cuts and styling. She does not listen to what the customers ask for(she will cut it how she thinks it will look good), my sister asked for honey brown hair color instead she got orange, cut my sisters hair super short from what she asked. What made us stop going completely was her rudeness towards my mom because my mom does not speak English well. I hope her customer service improves!

This place and service is below average, clients are not treated with respect and their time is not taken into consideration. The facility is not up to par in comparison to other salons. The owner does not listen to the client’s request and do as she thinks is right. Also they do not sterile the tools that are used to cut, comb, brush or straighten and blow dry the clients hair. The waxer do not change the wooden spatula she use to apply wax on every person. The owner and staff makes fun of clients. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

I went to dye my hair black and this lady burnt half of my hair off and when my hair was falling off, she tried to hide it from me by throwing it in the garbage. And she had the nerves to charge me $120 for this. If you want to go bald then you come here.
