Honestly the worst haircut I’ve ever received. Barber literally put patches in my head and blamed it on “Swirls”. Did not follow any instructions, went way too low. I can’t speak to the other barbers that work here but I can say you should avoid Mr.Charles if you can.

I have been taking my nephew here for years and have not been disappointed

Charles is absolutely amazing! He’s fixed my hair and taught me how to train it. His shop is clean and he’s efficient in sanitizing his station. We were here about 2 weeks ago for my son to get his hair cut. The men were very professional and did exactly what was asked. Mr. Charles made sure I knew he didn't have scissors, so the picture I showed him wouldn't be the finished product. Even so, he made the cut look nice and cleaned up. Since there's no way of telling, ill post for those looking to support with their money...this is a black owned business. They can cut straight hair though.

Unfortunately, this is quite possibly the worst haircut I've received. Firstly, the barber didn't have any scissors, and this was not mentioned to me beforehand (what barber doesn't use scissors?). Secondly, I was left with uneven hair lengths on the top of my head. I asked for a quarter inch off the top and some places got cut down more than an inch. Thirdly, way too much force was used when shaving my neck - it was uncomfortable and left a slight mark. The fade I received was fairly mediocre. Also worth mentioning is that I came here with my friend, who also got a haircut. He requested for 1 inch taken off the top, however his hair was cut down to a length of 1 inch instead. You don't face the mirror, so he couldn't tell what was happening. Thankfully, Charles didn't make him pay. But i
