Barbie Nails Spa

This was by far the worst nail salon I have ever been to, and I never leave reviews. However, if it can spare someone else from wasting their money, I find it necessary. I had my nails done last Thursday. New set. By Tuesday, they had all fallen off. The polish I wanted was dried up, and the second I wanted was clunky, so I had to settle on a third. After having already been there two hours, while my nail tech was getting progressively irritated about doing my nails, this was the final result. I was too nervous to even complain at that point due to the increasingly dismissive behavior from the tech and his irritation at my color choices, (aka, his irritation that their own polishes were not usable but directed toward me.) I paid $79. Spare yourselves.

Amazing service, holly did an amazing job on my nails. I absolutely recommend this place, the interior is beautiful and well decorated. The staff is friendly and accommodating. A wide range of colors and options. Will be coming back here a lot.

Unprofessional Service, Allergic Reaction Risk, and Poor Product Quality I scheduled an appointment in advance for a dip powder French tip manicure and a regular pedicure, specifically requesting no massage or lotion due to my known allergies. Upon arrival, the staff immediately attempted to perform both services simultaneously despite my clear objection. After I reiterated my preference for separate services, they proceeded anyway. During the pedicure, a technician applied lotion to my legs without consent or reminder of my allergy. This resulted in an immediate skin reaction, including visible hives. I had to request a wet towel to remove it and demonstrated the reaction to the staff, highlighting the potential for a serious medical issue had I not intervened promptly. For the manicure,

I don’t leave reviews but I had to. Nail tech looked at the dip powder she put on my nails a few times and just shrugged her shoulders as if she didn’t care. They are wavy and uneven. I had 1 broken nail (my natural nails) And they wanted to charge $5 to put a tip on on nail. Instead of nickel and dining customers, work on your customer service. Because at the end of it all, charging unnecessarily takes from your nail techs cash tips. Disappointing. Overpriced so mediocre (at best) work.

Honestly i love coming here and when i do i usually come to see Frankie he’s so nice and has the best customer service. But unfortunately today i was very disappointed from the owner of this spa i had made an appointment yesterday and 12 for a gel x fill and a pedicure and left a note that i needed it them done at the same time. My Saturdays are my only days off so i take advantage of the day to finish up all my errands. I got there he was working on a customer which is fine but then he finished and she pulled him away from my apartment to do a pedicure on someone else while she was working on her nails. That was disrespectful i had an appointment and she walked in 30 min after me so it was not right that she choose to take care of her special customers and the others wait for their turn a
