Jill is awesome! She listens, recommends, and definitely knows how to use those scissors! I have many cowlicks and she cuts my hair to blend them unlike others in the past. I highly and strongly recommend her services. She’s very pleasant and the studio is lovely!

A few years ago a neighbor of mine came home with a great haircut. Being new to town and looking for a good barber I asked him where he went. He told me Barbes Salon and book with Bridget, so I did. One of the best cuts I’ve ever had and I am 62! Bridget is listed as a “barber” on the website but I would, and do, call her a sculptress. She actually has a fine arts degree in sculpture and she applies that art to your hair, seriously! She is s perfectionist, a super sweet and positive/optimistic person and I always leave happy and with a great haircut. I have even had people compliment my haircut on the way out the door. The salon is in historic building and is super clean and friendly. Highly recommend!!!

Ok so, I had the same hairstylist for about 13 years and finally had to change since she was so far. I was very nervous for a new person touching my hair. Barb was absolutely amazing, she was kind and new exactly what I wanted. I look forward to my next one

Barbara did an amazing job! She has so much experience, cut and styled my hair exactly the way I wanted, and is hilarious. The salon was very sanitary and took COVID precautions which made me feel safe.

Bridget is fantastic. She listens to what I want and knows how to cut thin, straight hair like mine. She is also charming and friendly. It's a pleasure to get my haircut by her.
