I won’t mention any names because I don’t want to shed a negative light on anyone, but I will say the customer service could use some improvement. When I asked if the service provider could clean up the area a bit more, I was met with a look that made me feel like it was an issue, which was uncomfortable for me as a client. I would consider returning if it were a last resort, but for now I’ll continue looking for a sugar wax home that better fits what I’m looking for.

I hate to leave this review but my Brazilian wax experience here was not good at all. I have been getting waxed for about 2 years now but recently moved so I had to find a new studio. About 2.5 weeks ago I got a wax with Sissy, and she was very nice but asked if she could stay in the room with me while I undressed. I ended up saying yes because she caught me off guard. The wax itself was uncomfortable and more painful due to her using such tiny strips of wax. The way Sissy waxed me has left me with SO many ingrown hairs, which is unusual for me as I rarely ever get ANY. And to tol if off she missed a LOT of hair! I had to go home and spent so much time tweezing all the hair she missed. I don't know why my experience was so bad compared to other reviews, but unfortunately I wont be returni

Sueann is literally amazing, I’ve been seeing her for over two years for Brazilian sugaring. She is so fast, she works clean, and she is so personable. I love going in and catching up with her, but her sugaring work is outstanding. Very little discomfort and the results last forever. I book her months in advance, as she’s very in demand. 10/10!!

At this point , it's ridiculous to pay for a service that is not fully rendered or even poorly received . Nothing is worse than a woman going to so called professionals in order to maintain their self care , only to feel gypped / screwed at the end. At least 2 out of 3 or 4 times going here I've felt this way after being serviced & wasn't accommodated for lack of proper sevice. The 1st time I just let them know, didn't ask for anything just let them know for future references and this time needed them to fix it as it's uncomfortable & was told they'll just note the acct so I don't get the same waxer😡.. Meanwhile I've been got again.
