Barrister Suites Westlake Village

Nice looking building and nice office but the staff is as unprofessional and unreliable as can be. Asked them for a favor and told them that if you are not able to do it it's ok but please let me know so I can do it myself before it's too late. Called to follow on it 5 times and was told that they are working on it, so when I noticed that it was getting too late, drove down to the office to handle myself and they had locked the doors even before closing time at 5PM. I even called them and told them that I am on my way please don't leave until I get there right before close.

Great location, suites are clean and receptionist are wonderful and very attentive.
