HELLO !! It’s me again, here to leave another DISSATISFIED review since the owner has failed to reply to my emails regarding a full refund of the service that was provided to me. I came here 2 weeks ago for a manicure/nail fix and the result was completely not worth it! What’s worse is the owners lack of accountability and rectification of this issue. Instead he proceeded to make me feel liable for “not looking” throughly before I left the salon. It was late, I was tired from work and jetted out of there. Not to mention the nail tech was ROUGH when filing my nails to the point where she broke skin, I wish I knew her name so I could steer anyone away from her! Needed an urgent fix for a broken nail found this place on google and saw the good reviews. I was welcomed as a walk in and the place is cozy, staff seemed friendly however my manicure came out horrible. Paid $100 for acrylic nails! Nail tech said it was because French nails are a hard style to do—which felt like a cop out excuse. She did take a good amount of time to do my manicure so I didn’t feel inclined to take a good look at them but once I got home…chileee. They will not be seeing me back again. Let me not forget to mention that she was rough when filing my nails to the point where she broke skin. Unfortunately did not receive my money’s worth!

In reference to your last reply, you should be receiving 0 stars! First I’d like to provide you with the receipts—I emailed you TWICE, in which both emails have received no response. I had a super hectic week and came in just to check off one thing off of my list and do self care. I didn’t have an appointment so I walked in and waited about 40 minutes since I had to get it done and there were no more appointments for the next day (vday weekend). It was about 6:15 when someone was free and the nail tech was an older woman with glasses (didn’t get her name) and though I was happy someone was able to do my nails, I didn’t get the proper service I should’ve received.
