Bath & Body Works

Went here with my family on Saturday, November 09th ,2024. It was a bit crowded in the store a decent amount of people. Got to use a few coupons . And got a few things I wanted at a fantastic price. The staff seemed ok. Nice store , clean stuff was kind of here & there like Christmas/ seasonal. But big store had some things other Bath & Body Works stores didn't have, like the Frog Hand Sanitizer holder my mom got. Well lit and quite clean inside. We love shopping at different BBW stores in different states/ areas!

My girlfriend and I walked into this particular store and the retail team were overly aggressive in their pursuit to try to make the customer feel welcomed. Their attempt was the complete opposite. They made my girlfriend extremely uncomfortable. If you go in this store just be prepared for at least three of their employees to start asking you a bunch of questions when your just trying to look around.

My wife brought me here. I always pretend I don't want to go out of a misguided sense of masculinity, but I do because who doesn't love candles. Staff were all very friendly, the store was clean and nicely organized, and we didn't break the bank, which was a win.

we stopped by today, we chose a bunch of stuff and then when we got to the register the lady with the short hair dark hair and strong brows had a big attitude. we left everything and left the store. never coming to this store again!
